“Cross Border Services” is the first pan-European cross-border settlement solution, in central bank money – at close-to-domestic prices.
Clearstream’s Cross Border Services already deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective services for our customers in the first stage of our new CSD link network. Work is continuing full steam ahead as our Cross Border Services and Link Up Markets develop, with new capabilities coming onstream and more CSDs joining the expanding network.
Essentially, Cross Border Services is already accomplishing the aims and efficiencies planned for the TARGET2-Securities system.
Cross Border Services for European markets can be accessed via Clearstream’s settlement system CASCADE.

For all markets a consistent service level is envisaged – compliant to ISO 15022 and with close-to-market deadlines.
